Pizza Oven
In 1992 Marana Ferdinando revolutionised the restaurant world by inventing the world’s first rotary oven for a pizzeria. Today, Marana Forni has become an institution and our ovens are used in nearly 100 countries around the world.

The Fry Top Grill Onfalos is a moveable, free-standing fry top with great performance and and elegant design.
It is a highly versatile fry top cooking appliance for professional or home use.

SIGMA’S range of Sprizza dough stretchers reproduces the manual skill of the pizzaiolo for an artisanal result. The SIGMA Sfera ball rounder is also available through Marana Forni Australia and is ideal for rounding pieces of all kinds of dough; from 30 g to 1000 g in size, and hard or soft dough up to 70% hydration.
